Dr. Jeffrey N. Brownstein
Though Dr. Brownstein provides care for patients of all ages, his clinical expertise is in the area of anesthetic management for children and adults with special healthcare needs. He has served as a clinical instructor for several moderate sedation courses, provides medical emergency seminars and instruction for Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training programs. Dr. Brownstein is a clinical faculty member at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine and New York University-Langone Medical Center, and provides educational lectures for a variety of national and international organizations.

Dr. Jeffrey N. Brownstein is Board Certified in the specialty of Dental Anesthesiology by both the American Dental Board of Anesthesiology and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology, and also in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
He is currently a Board Examiner and Consultant for the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and is a former member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry’s Council on Clinical Affairs where he helped to draft the Academy’s current policies on sedation and anesthesia. He was selected to the Dental Patient Safety Foundation (DPSF), is a certified surveyor of the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAASF), and has served on numerous state and national committees focusing on sedation and anesthesia safety in the fields of dentistry and medicine.

Dr. Luke M. Nicholson
Trained at the New York University-Langone Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, Dr. Nicholson is well versed in providing anesthesia for a wide range of medical/dental procedures and for patients of all ages. His clinical expertise focuses on providing office-based sedation and general anesthesia for children, adults, and individuals with special healthcare needs specifically undergoing orofacial procedures.
Dr. Nicholson is an active member of the South Dakota Sedation & Anesthesia Committee, where he advocates for improved access to care for pediatric patients and the establishment of effective safety measures within the dental office setting.

Dr. Luke Nicholson is board certified by both the American Dental Board of Anesthesiology and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. He is an active member of the American Society of Dentist Anesthesiologist and American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.
Dr. Nicholson has given lectures to the pediatric dental residents at the University of Nebraska and at the Nebraska Society of Pediatric Dentistry, and is dedicated to educating dentists on the benefits of office-based sedation and anesthesia provided by a board certified dentist anesthesiologist.
